Potluck and Hybrid Speaker Meeting
October 18 @ 4:30 PM – 7:00 PM
Join us for food, fellowship, a raffle, 3 speakers, and anniversary chips!
4:15 — Help with setting up tables and chairs
4:30 — Arrive with food to share (plates, cups and eating utensils provided); buy raffle tickets
4:45 — Eating together
5:20 — Raffle
5:30 — Speaker meeting begins; remote participants join us on Zoom. In break between speakers a gift for the newest newcomer, and in another break anniversary chips to those having a 1 year or more ACA anniversary. We close in a circle with the Unity Prayer.
7:00 — Brief Sponsorship corner and we put away tables and chairs on the racks.
