Preliminary Meeting Saturday Sept 12, 2020 3:00 – 4:30 pm
The preliminary meeting is designed as a listening and information gathering session.
Members will be allowed 3 minutes to speak and may share a second time only after all others
have had a turn. All members are asked to be focused, to adhere to the 3-minute time limit and
to keep their comments general, rather than personal.
